The verse highlights the devas’ unwavering, unblinking contemplation of the Goddess—an image of single-pointed devotion (ekāgratā) toward Śakti, whose manifest (saguṇa) radiance draws the mind into reverent stillness.
In Shaiva Siddhanta, Shiva is Pati and Shakti is His inseparable power; beholding Parvati’s saguṇa splendor supports devotional worship that leads the devotee toward the deeper, formless truth of Shiva, often approached through Linga-upāsanā and reverence to the divine couple.
It suggests steady darśana and dhyāna—gazing inwardly without distraction—supported by Shaiva aids like japa of “Om Namaḥ Śivāya” and simple purity practices (e.g., bhasma/Tripuṇḍra) to stabilize devotion.
