देवदैत्यसामान्ययुद्धवर्णनम् — Description of the General Battle Between Devas and Daityas
एवं निहन्यमानांस्तान् दृष्ट्वा देवान् भयाकुलान् । कोपं कृत्वा रणायाशु संनद्धोऽभवदच्युतः
evaṃ nihanyamānāṃstān dṛṣṭvā devān bhayākulān | kopaṃ kṛtvā raṇāyāśu saṃnaddho'bhavadacyutaḥ
เมื่อเห็นเหล่าเทวะถูกโจมตีจนหวาดหวั่นสับสนเช่นนั้น อจยุตะ (วิษณุ) ก็เดือดดาล และรีบสวมศัสตราเตรียมเข้าสู่ศึกโดยพลัน
