เมื่อเห็นว่าการเสด็จมาของพระแม่ศิวาล่าช้า เหล่าเทพผู้ประเสริฐจึงเฝ้าสังเกตการณ์ เมื่อพระแม่ศิวาทรงทราบเรื่องราวทั้งหมด พระองค์ก็ทรงเปี่ยมไปด้วยความโกรธแค้นอย่างยิ่ง
