The Manifestation/Origin of the Rāmeśvara Liṅga
सूत उवाच । सुप्रसन्नतरो भूत्वा कृपादृष्ट्या विलोक्य तान् । तच्छ्रुत्वा रामचन्द्रोऽसौ स्वयं जग्राह तज्जलम्
sūta uvāca | suprasannataro bhūtvā kṛpādṛṣṭyā vilokya tān | tacchrutvā rāmacandro'sau svayaṃ jagrāha tajjalam
สูตะกล่าวว่า ครั้นทรงยินดียิ่งนักและทอดพระเนตรด้วยสายตาเปี่ยมเมตตา ครั้นได้สดับถ้อยคำนั้นแล้ว พระรามจันทราทรงรับน้ำนั้นด้วยพระองค์เอง

In Jyotirliṅga-centered narratives of the Koṭirudrasaṃhitā, sanctified water commonly signifies abhiṣeka and tīrtha; accepting it respectfully aligns the devotee with Saguna Shiva worship through consecrated offerings and their prasāda.
Receive and honor tīrtha (consecrated water) after Shiva worship—especially after liṅga-abhiṣeka—while mentally offering gratitude to Pati (Shiva) and repeating the Panchākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya.”
