แท้จริงแล้ว อัคนี (Agni) เอ๋ย ท่านคือทูตผู้เป็นที่พอพระทัย เป็นผู้นำพาเครื่องบูชา (havyavāhana) เป็นสารถีแห่งพิธีบูชา (adhvara) พร้อมด้วยอัศวินทั้งสอง (Aśvin) และอุษัส (Uṣas) แห่งรุ่งอรุณ ขอประทานพละกำลังอันยอดเยี่ยม (suvīrya) และเกียรติยศอันยิ่งใหญ่ (śravas bṛhat) แก่พวกเราเถิด.
