ā nó yātam úpa-śruty aśvinā sóma-pītaye | svā́hā stómasya vardhanā prá kavī dhītíbhiḥ narā ||
Translation
ขออัศวิน (Aśvin) ทั้งสองจงมาหาเรา เมื่อได้สดับใกล้แล้ว เพื่อการดื่มโสมะ (Soma) สวาหา (svāhā) — โอ้ผู้เพิ่มพูนบทสรรเสริญ! โอ้คู่กวีผู้หยั่งรู้ ผู้เป็นวีรบุรุษทั้งสอง จงก้าวออกไปด้วยความคิดอันดลใจของท่าน
