समिन्द्रो रायो बृहतीरधूनुत सं क्षोणी समु सूर्यम् । सं शुक्रासः शुचयः सं गवाशिरः सोमा इन्द्रममन्दिषुः ॥

sám indro rā́yo br̥hatī́r adhūnuta sám kṣóṇī sám u sū́ryam | sám śukrā́saḥ śúcayaḥ sám gavā́śiraḥ sómā índram amandiṣuḥ ||

อินทราได้เร้าให้ความอุดมอันไพศาลเคลื่อนไหว—ทรงประสานแผ่นดินและสุริยะให้เป็นเอกภาพแห่งความกลมกลืน. พลังโสมะอันสว่างและบริสุทธิ์ เมื่อผสมกับ “โค” (รัศมี) ก็ทำให้อินทราปิติยินดี—รวมความกระจ่าง ความกว้างใหญ่ และแสงส่องไว้ในผู้แสวงหา.
