वरुणो मित्रो अर्यमा स्मद्रातिषाचो अग्नयः । पत्नीवन्तो वषट्कृताः ॥
Transliteration
váruṇo mitró aryámā smádrātiṣāco agnáyaḥ | patnī́vanto váṣaṭkṛtāḥ ||
Translation
วรุณะ (Varuṇa), มิตร (Mitra), อริยมัน (Aryaman)—ผู้ดำเนินไปพร้อมเครื่องบูชาของเราซึ่งให้ทานอันชอบธรรม—พร้อมด้วยเหล่าอัคนี (Agni) ทั้งหลาย; เมื่อประกอบด้วยศักติ (คู่ครอง/เทวี) ของตนแล้ว ย่อมเป็นพลังที่นำเสียงประกาศ ‘vaṣaṭ’ แห่งเจตจำนงของเราไปสู่ความสำเร็จ
