सेदृभवो यमवथ यूयमिन्द्रश्च मर्त्यम् । स धीभिरस्तु सनिता मेधसाता सो अर्वता ॥

séd ṛbhavo yám avatha yūyám índraś ca mártyam | sá dhī́bhir astu sánitā medhásātā sá arvátā ||

ผู้นั้นซึ่งท่านทั้งหลาย—โอ้ ฤภุ (R̥bhu) และอินทระด้วย—คุ้มครองไว้ท่ามกลางปุถุชนผู้เป็นมรรตยะ ขอให้เขาเป็นผู้ชนะด้วยความคิดอันสว่างไสว เป็นผู้พิชิตแสงแห่งปัญญารู้แจ้ง; ขอให้เขาบรรลุด้วยม้าศึกแห่งพลังงาน.
