असिक्न्यां यजमानो न होता ॥

asíknayāṃ yajámāno ná hotā́ ||

เขาเป็นดุจยชามานะ (yajamāna) มิใช่เพียงโหตฤ (hotṛ) ผู้ประกอบพิธีเท่านั้น—เขาก้าวเข้าสู่กระแสอันมืดทึบ; แบกไว้ซึ่งเจตจำนงแห่งการบูชา เขาทำให้ความมืดนั้นเองเป็นผืนพิธีกรรม.
