त्वं त्यमिटतो रथमिन्द्र प्रावः सुतावतः । अशृणोः सोमिनो हवम् ॥

ท่านอินทรา (Indra) ได้ทรงเร่งและคุ้มครองรถศึกคันนั้นที่แล่นฉับไว—ของผู้คั้นโสมะ (Soma). ท่านได้ทรงสดับเสียงวิงวอนของผู้มีความปีติแห่งโสมะ.
