śunám asmábhyam ūtáye váruṇo mitró aryamā́ | śárma yacchantu saprátha ādityā́so yád ī́mahe áti dvíṣaḥ ||
Translation
เพื่อเกื้อกูลแก่เรา ขอวรุณะ มิตระ และอริยมันประทานภาวะแห่งความเป็นมงคลแก่เรา ขอเหล่าอาทิตยะผู้แผ่ไปกว้างไกลประทานศานติอันเป็นที่พึ่งพิง เพื่อสิ่งที่เราวอนขอจะได้ล่วงพ้นแรงต้านทานทั้งปวง
