औषधिपर्वताहरणम् / The Retrieval of the Herb

तस्मिन्जीवतिवीरेतुहतमप्यहतंबलम् ।हनूमत्युज्झितप्राणेजीवन्तोऽपिवयम् हृता ।।6.74.22।।

Transliteration

tasmin jīvati vīre tu hatam apy ahataṃ balam |

hanūmaty ujjhita-prāṇe jīvanto 'pi vayam hṛtāḥ ||6.74.22||

Translation

ตราบใดที่หนุมานวีรบุรุษยังมีชีวิตอยู่ แม้กองทัพจะพินาศแตกสลาย ก็ประหนึ่งว่ายังมิได้ถูกทำลายจริง; แต่หากลมหายใจของหนุมานดับสูญ แม้พวกเราที่ยังมีชีวิต ก็เสมือนถูกพรากชีวิตไปแล้ว
