Garuda’s Arrival and the Release from the Serpent-Arrow Bond
तन्नविश्वसनीयंवोराक्षसानांरणाजिरे ।एतेनैवोपमानेननित्यंजिह्माहिराक्षसाः ।।6.50.54।।
tan na viśvasanīyaṃ vo rākṣasānāṃ raṇājire | etenaivopamānena nityaṃ jihmā hi rākṣasāḥ ||6.50.54||
ฉะนั้น ในสมรภูมิท่านทั้งสองอย่าได้ไว้วางใจรากษสทั้งหลาย ด้วยประสบการณ์นี้เองย่อมประจักษ์ว่า รากษสย่อมคดโกงเจ้าเล่ห์อยู่เป็นนิตย์
"Being so you should not trust Rakshasas. By this experience you know that Rakshasas are crooked."
Dharma here is prudent discernment: righteousness does not require naïve trust toward those repeatedly committed to deceit, especially in war where lives and justice are at stake.
After relieving Rāma’s immediate affliction and encouraging him, Suparṇa warns him to remain cautious about the Rākṣasas’ deceptive conduct on the battlefield.
Viveka (discriminating judgment) and strategic caution aligned with dharma.
