सीतासान्त्वनम् / Hanuman Consoles Sita with the News of Victory
हिरण्यंवासुवर्णंवारत्नानिविविधानिच ।।6.116.20।।राज्यंवात्रिषुलोकेषुनैतदर्हतिभाषितम् ।
hiraṇyaṃ vā suvarṇaṃ vā ratnāni vividhāni ca | rājyaṃ vā triṣu lokeṣu naitad arhati bhāṣitam ||
มิใช่ทอง มิใช่ทรัพย์อันประณีต มิใช่อัญมณีนานาชนิด—แม้กระทั่งราชอำนาจเหนือสามโลก—ก็ยังไม่อาจเสมอด้วยถ้อยคำที่ท่านกล่าวนั้น
The monkey, having sought the permission of Vibheeshana, entered Lanka city. Duly entering the Asoka grove, he attracted the attention of Sita, who was weak with no bath, cheerless, seated at the root of the tree, like Rohini star. After reaching the grove, he greeted Sita with folded palms and stood motionless.
Dharma elevates satya and hita-vākya (truthful, beneficial words) above material riches and power, asserting moral value as supreme.
Sītā declares that no treasure or dominion compares to Hanumān’s consoling, truthful message.
