พระราชานั้นซูบผอมลง เพราะหลงใหลในกามต่อไมถิลี; ด้วยกรรมชั่วของตน จึงกลายเป็นผู้มีบาป และแม้หมู่มิตรผู้หวังดีก็มองด้วยความหมางเมิน
