Sipping water three times and looking at Aditya, the valiant Rama getting purified, with devotion chanted the supreme with delight. Then he took up his bow, fixing his eyes at Ravana, and advanced for war with an allout effort determined to destroy Ravana.
Dharma includes empowering the righteous with truthful encouragement: the sage’s assurance strengthens Rāma to complete his duty against adharma.
After teaching Āditya-hṛdaya, Agastya blesses and assures Rāma of immediate success, then withdraws from the battlefield scene.
Steadfast confidence grounded in guidance: Rāma’s resolve is consolidated by the sage’s words.
