रावणभवनपरिक्रमणं हनूमतः शोकविचारश्च

इहैव नियताहारो वत्स्यामि नियतेन्द्रियः।।।।न मत्कृते विनश्येयुः सर्वे ते नरवानराः।
ihaiva niyatāhāro vatsyāmi niyatendriyaḥ | na matkṛte vinaśyeyuḥ sarve te naravānarāḥ ||
ข้าจะพำนักอยู่ ณ ที่นี้เอง สำรวมอาหารและข่มอินทรีย์ทั้งหลาย เพื่อมิให้เหล่ามนุษย์และวานรทั้งปวงพินาศเพราะความผิดพลาดของข้า
