Dharma here is organized service to a righteous cause: capable persons are named and assigned to a mission undertaken for truth and justice—finding Sītā and supporting Rāma’s rightful aim.
After forming an alliance with Rāma, Sugrīva dispatches multiple vānaras in search-parties; this verse is part of the roll-call of warriors appointed for the southern direction.
Sugrīva’s leadership and responsibility: he strengthens the mission by explicitly selecting and enumerating competent allies, reflecting disciplined planning rather than impulse.
