kākapakṣadharo dhanvī taṁ ca saumitrir anvagāt || 1.22.6 ||

วิศวามิตรดำเนินนำหน้า แล้วพระรามผู้ทรงศรถือคันธนูเสด็จตามหลัง และพระลักษมณ์โอรสแห่งสุมิตรา ผู้เป็นนายธนูมีปอยผมข้างขมับ ก็ตามเสด็จไปด้วย
