yathā yathā dāśarathir dharma evāsthito 'bhavat |

tathā tathā prakṛtayo rāmaṃ patim akāmayan ||

Translation

ยิ่งโอรสแห่งทศรถทรงตั้งมั่นอยู่ในธรรมเพียงอย่างเดียวมากเท่าใด เหล่าพสกนิกรก็ยิ่งปรารถนาพระรามให้เป็นเจ้าเหนือหัวและพระราชาของตนมากเท่านั้น
