tatra tāpasam āsīnaṃ malapaṅka-jaṭādharam |

rāmaḥ sutīkṣṇaṃ vidhivat tapo-vṛddham abhāṣata || 3.7.5 ||

Translation

ณ ที่นั้น พระรามทรงปฏิบัติตามธรรมเนียมอันควร แล้วตรัสทักทายสุทิกษณะ ฤๅษีผู้บำเพ็ญตบะซึ่งนั่งอยู่ มีชฎามุ่นเปื้อนธุลีและโคลน ชราภาพและสุกงอมด้วยตบะ
