Sandhi Resolution Notes: सूर्यलोकम् + अवाप्नोति → सूर्यलोकमवाप्नोति (अ + अ = अ)
It states two results: attainment of Sūrya’s celestial realm (Sūryaloka) and the condition of being anṛṇī—free from debts or binding obligations.
Anṛṇī literally means “not indebted.” In Dharma literature it can imply freedom from financial debt as well as release from unmet duties/obligations that create binding karmic burdens.
The verse frames righteous conduct as producing both higher spiritual destiny (a celestial realm) and inner/social integrity—living without lingering obligations or burdens.
