सायंग्रहास्तथा नित्यं विष्णुध्यानपरायणाः । जितनिद्रा जिताहारा वातशीतसहिष्णवः

sāyaṃgrahāstathā nityaṃ viṣṇudhyānaparāyaṇāḥ | jitanidrā jitāhārā vātaśītasahiṣṇavaḥ
