FAQs

“Devadeva” means “God of gods,” a reverential title used for the supreme divine lord; in Purāṇic usage it often points to a highest deity being praised for sovereignty and majesty.

It highlights “bhakta-vātsalya”—the deity’s special tenderness toward devotees—presenting divine action (sending help or agents) as motivated by compassionate devotion-centered relationship.

The lotus-face imagery conveys purity and auspiciousness, suggesting that those who act under divine command—especially under the shelter of devotion—embody clarity, beauty, and благam (spiritual good).
