Concept: Having understood impermanence, one should enter calm and avoid spiritual weakness; the ultimate reality is the Supreme Brahman, eternal and singular.

Application: When facing loss, practice composure (shama), reduce panic-driven decisions, and anchor the mind in remembrance of the Eternal—through nama-japa, scripture listening, and simple daily worship.

FAQs

It urges inner calm and courage, grounding the listener in the assurance that the Supreme Reality (paraṃ brahma) is eternal (sanātanaḥ).

By identifying the ultimate support as paraṃ brahma and sanātanaḥ, it echoes Vedānta’s emphasis on Brahman as the highest, unchanging reality.

Do not give in to faint-heartedness; cultivate steadiness (śama) and strength rooted in trust in the eternal divine principle.
