FAQs

Hṛṣīkeśa is a well-known epithet of Viṣṇu/Kṛṣṇa, meaning “Lord of the senses,” indicating divine mastery over the inner faculties and the devotee’s surrender of them.

It models devotional approach through reverent address, salutation (namo 'stu te), and humble petition—placing one’s request before God while seeking attentive consideration.

Before asking for anything, one should cultivate humility and clarity—honoring the divine (or any authority) and presenting one’s request respectfully and truthfully.
