Rambhā

FAQs

It highlights the recognizable marks of true tapas—beauty of character, divine radiance, and intense self-discipline—prompting inquiry into the identity of the ascetic.

Rambhā is a famous apsaras (celestial nymph) often appearing in Purāṇic narratives as a figure connected with heavenly courts and events involving gods and sages.

It suggests that genuine austerity (tapas) manifests outwardly as spiritual luminosity and excellence, inspiring reverence and thoughtful inquiry rather than superficial judgment.
