कायं रक्षति जीवात्मा पश्चात्तिष्ठति मध्यगः । उदानः स्फुरते तीव्रस्तस्माच्छब्दः प्रजायते

kāyaṃ rakṣati jīvātmā paścāttiṣṭhati madhyagaḥ | udānaḥ sphurate tīvrastasmācchabdaḥ prajāyate
