FAQs

It portrays ritual hospitality and inner transformation: the practitioner is led inward (symbolizing initiation/entry into a sacred space) and given a divine rasāyana, indicating purification, renewal, and readiness for higher religious merit in a tīrtha context.

Bhakti here is implied through reverent service—guiding the devotee by the hand and offering sacred nourishment—showing that divine grace and sanctifying gifts support the devotee’s progress in sādhana.

Ritual procedure (kalpa-oriented practice) is emphasized: proper reception, guided entry into a consecrated setting, and administering sanctified substances—elements aligned with regulated rite-performance rather than grammar or astrology.
