तस्माद्विप्रा न कर्त्व्या विद्धाप्येकादशी तिथिः । यथा हंतिपुरा पुण्यं श्राद्धं च वृषलीपतिः ॥ ४४ ॥

ฉะนั้น โอ้พราหมณ์ทั้งหลาย ไม่พึงถือเอการทศมีที่เป็น ‘วิทธา’ (ถูกเจาะ/ปนติถีอื่น) เพราะดุจดังวฤษลีปติทำลายบุญของนคร เขาย่อมทำลายผลแห่งศราทธะด้วย
