Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: vira
It presents a śānti-oriented homa as a dharmic means to neutralize distress arising from inauspicious omens, emphasizing disciplined ritual action performed with purity and reverence.
While primarily ritual-technical, it implies bhakti through ādarā (reverent intent) and offering into fire as a sacred act; devotion is expressed as careful, faith-filled performance of prescribed śānti karma.
It reflects applied ritual science—homa procedure, purity requirements, and śānti-karmas connected to interpreting and remedying utpātas (often linked with Jyotiṣa/omens).
