FAQs

It links dawn-time discipline with mantra-power: by aligning oneself with the Mātṛkā (sacred phonemes) and the Nityā energies, the practitioner purifies through thrice-recited mantra and consecrated water, aiming at auspicious spiritual efficacy.

While technical in tone, it supports Bhakti through regulated daily practice: sanctifying speech and intention (vāk) and invoking auspicious divinity (Śiva) makes devotion steady, precise, and ritually grounded.

It emphasizes mantra-prayoga and the discipline of sound (connected to Śikṣā and the Mātṛkā/phonemic system), including the practical rule of tri-japa (three recitations) and ritual water-sipping as part of daily observance.
