The verse emphasizes the extraordinary potency attributed to mantra-vidyā when empowered by sustained japa leading to siddhi, portraying mantra as a force capable of reversing even the condition of death.
While the verse is technical and siddhi-oriented, it indirectly underscores the principle that focused, faithful repetition (japa)—often central to Vishnu-bhakti traditions—produces transformative power when performed with steadiness and spiritual authorization.
It highlights applied mantra-prayoga rooted in disciplined japa (a technical ritual practice aligned with Vedanga-style procedural knowledge), pointing to rules of recitation and efficacy rather than narrative theology.
