Transliteration

gauḍī paiṣṭī tathā mādhvītyevaṃ tattrividhaṃ smṛtam | gatuḍamuṣṇodake kṣiptvā samāloḍya vinikṣipet || 12 ||

Translation

จึงจำแนกไว้เป็นสามชนิด—คาวฑี ไพษฺฏี และมาธวี เมื่อใส่กะตุฑะ (หัวเชื้อหมัก) ลงในน้ำอุ่นแล้ว พึงคนให้เข้ากันดี จากนั้นจึงตั้งไว้
