เมื่อทำพิธีแผ่ซ่านทั่วกาย (ชำระและนยาส) ให้ครบถ้วนตามลำดับที่กล่าวแล้ว ต่อไปเราจักอธิบาย ‘ธยาน’ ที่บัญญัติไว้สำหรับนิตยปูชา
