ताराख्या देवता बीजं द्वितीयञ्च चतुर्थकम् । शक्तिः षड्दीर्घयुक्तेन द्वितीयेनांगकल्पनम् ॥ ३८ ॥

tārākhyā devatā bījaṃ dvitīyañca caturthakam | śaktiḥ ṣaḍdīrghayuktena dvitīyenāṃgakalpanam || 38 ||

เทวะผู้เป็นประธานคือพระแม่ ‘ตารา’ พีชะ (พยางค์เมล็ด) เกิดจากการประกอบสระที่สองกับองค์พยัญชนะที่สี่ ศักติ (พยางค์กำลัง) ได้จากการเชื่อมสระที่สองกับสระยาวลำดับที่หก และอังคะสำหรับนยาสะพึงจัดวางโดยยึดสระที่สองเป็นหลัก
