तेनाश्वमेधप्रमुखैर्यागौरिष्टं सुजन्मना । दत्तं दानं तपस्तप्तं उपास्ते यस्तु कालिकाम् ॥ ३३ ॥

บุคคลผู้เกิดในตระกูลอันประเสริฐนั้นได้ประกอบยัญพิธีตั้งแต่อัศวเมธะเป็นต้นอย่างถูกต้อง ได้ให้ทานและบำเพ็ญตบะ; แต่ผู้ใดบูชาพระแม่กาลิกาด้วยภักติ ผู้นั้นย่อมได้ผลแห่งทั้งหมดนั้น
