Narada (teaching in the Narada Purana dialogue stream)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: shanta
It presents nitya-bhakti (daily worship) of Hari as a dharmic practice whose inner fruit is divine favor—expressed outwardly as universal respect and inwardly as Lakṣmī’s stable presence in one’s home-life.
Bhakti here is defined by constancy (nityam) and reverence (ādarāt): not occasional praise, but steady, attentive worship. The verse frames devotion as both a spiritual discipline and a life-ordering practice that brings harmony and auspiciousness.
The practical emphasis is on regulated daily observance (nitya-vidhi) and correct devotional discipline—an applied, rule-based approach aligned with Vedāṅga-style concern for proper practice, even though no single Vedāṅga (like Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa) is explicitly named in this verse.
