FAQs

It teaches a complete arc of practice—purification with sanctified water, internalization through drinking, proper concluding dismissal (visarjana), and then steady mantra-japa in absorption—so the rite culminates in inner realization rather than mere external action.

By instructing the practitioner to become “tan-maya” (absorbed in the worshipped Reality) and continue japa, it emphasizes devotion that matures into constant remembrance, where ritual leads into heartfelt, continuous contemplative worship.

It reflects kalpa-style ritual method: abhyukṣaṇa (sprinkling), ācamana/prāśana (drinking sanctified water), and visarjana/udvāsana (formal dismissal), followed by regulated japa—core procedural knowledge used in Vedic and Purāṇic worship.
