Sanatkumara (teaching Narada)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: vira
Secondary Rasa: raudra
It classifies certain imperative phrases and seed-terms as mantra-forms, indicating how sound (śabda) is organized and applied for protection and removal of negativity within a disciplined Vedic framework.
While primarily technical (mantra classification), it supports bhakti practice by framing protective utterances and bīja-terms as regulated aids that safeguard a devotee’s sādhana and steadiness of mind.
Mantra-viniyoga style technicality—how specific verbal forms (imperatives like nāśaya, pātaya, ghātaya, jahi) and named bījas are treated as functional mantra units in ritual and protective contexts.
