Narada (in dialogue context with Sanatkumara tradition; listing Vaiṣṇava attendants/guardians)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It identifies the Vaiṣṇava gatekeepers by name, emphasizing that sacred approach to the Lord is protected and ordered, and that devotion is supported by divine attendants who uphold dharma and purity.
By highlighting the Lord’s dedicated attendants, the verse implies that bhakti is not casual entry but reverent approach—devotees cultivate purity, humility, and steadiness to be ‘fit to pass the gate’ of divine presence.
Primarily nāma-paricaya (correct preservation of sacred names) and smṛti-based cataloging used in Purāṇic instruction; it supports accurate recitation and ritual remembrance rather than a specific technical rule of Vyākaraṇa or Jyotiṣa in this single verse.
