Sanatkumara (in instruction to Narada, within Vedāṅga/ritual-technical teaching context)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It sanctifies worship through orderly upacāras—ringing the bell and circling a ghee lamp—symbolizing awakening attention, dispelling inner darkness, and honoring the deity with reverence and purity.
It presents bhakti as expressed through disciplined, loving service (sevā) in pūjā—standing attentively, sounding the bell, and offering light—outer actions that train steady remembrance and devotion.
Ritual praxis: correct sequencing of pūjā actions (upacāra-krama), use of prescribed substances (cow ghee), and the technical act of pradīpa-bhramaṇa (āratī) with ghaṇṭā-vādana as part of formal worship procedure.
