गङ्गामाहात्म्य — The Greatness of the Gaṅgā
पापमूलवपुर्हन्तुः का कीर्तिस्तव बाहुज । भविष्यतीति निश्चित्य नैतान्हिंसीस्ततः सुत ॥ ६० ॥
pāpamūlavapurhantuḥ kā kīrtistava bāhuja | bhaviṣyatīti niścitya naitānhiṃsīstataḥ suta || 60 ||
โอ้ผู้มีแขนกล้า หากเป็นผู้ฆ่าสัตว์ผู้มีสภาวะหยั่งรากในบาปแล้ว เกียรติยศใดเล่าจะเป็นของท่าน? เมื่อรู้แน่ดังนี้ บุตรเอ๋ย จงอย่าทำร้ายพวกเขาเลย.
