Gṛhastha-nitya-karman: Śauca, Sandhyā-vidhi, Pañca-yajña, and Āśrama-krama

मुखशुद्धिर्विधीयेत तृणपत्रसमन्वितैः । करेणादाय वामेन संचर्वेद्वामदंष्ट्रया ॥ २८ ॥

mukhaśuddhirvidhīyeta tṛṇapatrasamanvitaiḥ | kareṇādāya vāmena saṃcarvedvāmadaṃṣṭrayā || 28 ||

เพื่อชำระปากให้บริสุทธิ์ พึงใช้ใบหญ้าและใบไม้ประกอบกัน ถือไว้ด้วยมือซ้าย แล้วถูชำระด้วยฟันด้านซ้ายอย่างอ่อนโยน
