Narada (teaching vow-observance within a dharma instruction dialogue, traditionally framed with Sanatkumara lineage interlocutors)
Vrata: Ekadashi (contextual)
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It teaches that vow-observance is fulfilled not merely by restraint, but by sustained devotional presence before the Deity—keeping vigil and saturating the mind with sacred sound and Purāṇic remembrance.
Bhakti is expressed as active, joyful worship: singing, music, dance, and listening to Purāṇas become offerings that keep awareness fixed on the Lord throughout the vigil.
Ritual practice (kalpa-oriented vrata procedure) is implied: the regulated performance (niyama) of jāgaraṇa and approved devotional auxiliaries like śravaṇa (scriptural listening) as part of observance.
