Narada
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: bhakti
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It functions as a mangalācaraṇa (auspicious salutation), honoring the lord who governs divine hosts and the cosmic source (Hiraṇyagarbha), aligning the recitation with order, protection, and right orientation of the mind.
By repeating “namaḥ” (surrender), the verse models bhakti as humility and reverent remembrance—beginning any sacred act by placing oneself under divine guardianship and cosmic intelligence.
It reflects prayoga (ritual application) in which invocations are made at the start for śānti and siddhi—an applied principle aligned with Kalpa (ritual procedure) and correct liturgical usage.
