दम्भाचाररतश्वैव ब्रह्महेत्यभिधीयते । नित्यं प्रतिग्रहरतस्तथा प्राणिवधे रतः ॥ २८ ॥

dambhācārarataśvaiva brahmahetyabhidhīyate | nityaṃ pratigraharatastathā prāṇivadhe rataḥ || 28 ||

ผู้ที่หมกมุ่นในความประพฤติอันเสแสร้ง ย่อมถูกเรียกว่า ‘พราหมณฆาตก’ (brahmahā) ผู้ฆ่าพราหมณ์ อีกทั้งผู้ที่หมกมุ่นในการรับทานอยู่เสมอ และผู้ที่ยินดีในการฆ่าสัตว์ทั้งหลาย ก็ถูกจัดอยู่ในบาปอันร้ายแรงประเภทเดียวกัน
