Dharmopadeśa-Śānti: Rules of Impurity, Expiations, and Ancestor Rites
दीयमाने विपत्तिः स्यात्प्रायश्चित्तं तदा नहि । तैलभेषजपाने च भेषजानां च भक्षणे ॥ ४७ ॥
dīyamāne vipattiḥ syātprāyaścittaṃ tadā nahi | tailabheṣajapāne ca bheṣajānāṃ ca bhakṣaṇe || 47 ||
หากขณะกำลังถวายทาน/อุทิศเกิดเหตุขัดข้องขึ้น ก็ไม่ต้องมีการไถ่บาป. เช่นเดียวกัน การดื่มน้ำมันหรือยารักษาโรค และการกินยา ก็ไม่บัญญัติการไถ่บาปไว้.
