कीर्तिर्नीतिश्च संपत्तिर्वर्तते यत्र भूपते । वसन्ति तत्र नियतं गुणास्सन्तश्च देवताः ॥ ३८ ॥

kīrtirnītiśca saṃpattirvartate yatra bhūpate | vasanti tatra niyataṃ guṇāssantaśca devatāḥ || 38 ||

ข้าแต่พระราชา ที่ใดมีเกียรติยศ ความประพฤติชอบ และความรุ่งเรือง ที่นั่นคุณธรรม บัณฑิตผู้ดี และเหล่าเทวะย่อมสถิตอยู่อย่างแน่นอน
